Pre-Construction & Design
Before a shovel hits the ground, everything is planned. We collaborate with architects and structural engineers to secure Building Control approval and Party Wall agreements.

Groundworks & Substructure
The foundation of quality. Our groundwork teams prepare the site, excavate, pour concrete footings, and lay the blockwork up to the damp proof course (DPC).

Superstructure & First Fix
The build goes vertical. Walls are erected, steel RSJs are installed, and the roof is pitched to make the structure watertight. Internally, wiring and plumbing routes are established.

Second Fix & Fit-Out
The aesthetic phase. Walls are plastered, floors laid, and bespoke joinery installed. Sockets are fitted, radiators connected, and luxury finishes are applied.

Snagging & Handover
We conduct a rigorous internal inspection followed by a client walkthrough. Minor defects (snags) are resolved immediately before practical completion and final certification.
