We provide residential construction services including house extensions, loft conversions, renovations, new builds, kitchens and bathrooms, primarily across Romford, Essex and East London.

2. Website use

• This website is provided for general information and to allow you to contact us or request a quote.
• Content is for guidance only and does not constitute a formal offer, professional advice, or a binding contract unless confirmed in writing.
• You must not misuse the site (including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, or scraping content for commercial reuse without permission).
• We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

3. Quotes and enquiries

• Online quote requests and consultations are free and without obligation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Any prices, timelines or scopes discussed before a formal written quotation and signed contract are estimates only.
• A binding building contract is formed only when both parties accept a written quotation / contract document setting out scope, price, payment terms and programme.
• We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our service area, capacity or expertise.

4. Contract works

Where you engage us for construction works:

• The written contract, specification and any drawings will take precedence over website content.
• Payment schedules, variations, warranties and snagging will be as set out in that contract.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and obtaining any permissions you have agreed to arrange (unless we have expressly agreed to handle planning/building control on your behalf).
• Access, welfare facilities and site conditions may affect programme and cost; material changes will be discussed with you.

5. Intellectual property

All website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs and other content are owned by Capital Build Construction or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may print or download extracts for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Project images and testimonials

Project photographs and client feedback on this site are illustrative of past work. Results vary by property, design and specification. Where we publish client names or comments, we do so with permission or in anonymised form.

Liability under a construction contract is governed by that contract, not these website Terms.
